I am going to add this deal to my Publix Weekly Ad post HERE but I wanted to post separately about this sale to make sure that none of you miss this!  This week Publix has Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts on sale $1.99/lb.  As you have probably realized, chicken breasts seem to be on sale at this price approximately once every 3 – 4 months.  (In fact, I think the last time it was on sale was in the beginning of December!)  So, stock up on this now!  What I typically do is purchase around 20 lbs and immediately when I get home, I trim all of the chicken and split them up putting them in ziploc baggies.  (Go HERE to read my photo show and tell where I explain about this a bit more..)  Then I freeze them.  I would much rather spend a bit more money out of pocket now on 20 lbs of chicken priced at $1.99/lb than spend $2.99/lb or more every week until this sale returns!

It’s a decent week for deals at Publix this week. Personally, I am looking forward to heading out over the weekend for the 2 day sale! Quaker Cereal is usually around $4 a box and with the 50% off and $1/1 manufacturer coupon, I should be able to score my favorite Quaker Oat Squares for around $1.00 a box! Time for me to stock up! ******Seven Main Notes to my readers :
1) If you are new to saving money at Publix, read my Intro to Publix post.
2) From time to time the print limit will be reached on printable coupons. You will know the print limit has been reached if you go to print a coupon and you receive an error message or the message that you have already printed the coupon – even if you haven’t.
3) When Publix has a Buy One Get One Sale, in order for most Floridians to receive the second item free, we have to buy both items. Many other states only have to buy one item and they will get that one item for half (50%) off.
4) For Floridians, if we use coupons 50 cents or less, our coupons are not doubled. Other states will double coupons as long as they are 50 cents or less.
5) Publix accepts competitor store coupons! HOWEVER, each Publix store accepts different competitors based on the proximity of the competitor’s location. Ask your Publix who they consider as competitors! Also, some Publix locations will accept only one of each store coupon while others will accept multiple duplicate store coupons within the same transaction.

2) From time to time the print limit will be reached on printable coupons. You will know the print limit has been reached if you go to print a coupon and you receive an error message or the message that you have already printed the coupon – even if you haven’t.
3) When Publix has a Buy One Get One Sale, in order for most Floridians to receive the second item free, we have to buy both items. Many other states only have to buy one item and they will get that one item for half (50%) off.
