Liza thanks for the posting. Just heads up…Half Off site is acting up and at times the promo will not apply and the order will be placed even before you are able to see the total. I entered the promo and then the system right away took my order without allowing me to verify the total. Now they refused to reimburse or cancel because it was a promotion. This is not my first order with them so I know that the system was acting up. Here is the reply that I received from them….( I am not too happy, it is impossible to reach them by phone and by email it takes them 4 days to reply).

I forgot to mentioned that my order was placed on 5/31….
Well, I put a note to them in their Facebook page and Jason replied right away asking me to send him directly an email explaining my situation. The good thing is that Jason had someone else working on it directly and reimbursing the money that was not previously deducted when the order was placed. However, I have to put a note in FB to get a response as they TWICE sent me a denial regarding a credit, refund or even offering an option to please a customer. Thanks for all you do!
