Tonight, (Tues) my Target in NC had Sally Hansen insta-dry on Clearance so would be free, or close.
Also, for the pepsi promo, make sure that the last one you ring up is not the type on your coupon. My Sierra Mist rang up last so it would not let me use the coupon for something I was already getting “free.” Had to get the mgr.
Is anyone else having a hrad time finding the Target store coupon for $3 off an up & up item? I can’t seem to find it.
