Cheryl, did you do it within the first 30 days of opening your Totsy account? You should definitely get free shipping if that’s the case. I would contact customer service if I were you.
That happened to me on my first Totsy order. I didn’t realize they had a 30 days from opening my account stipulation so I contacted customer service and they gave me credit for the shipping. So they may be flexible with you, too.
