It is a really slow week at Walgreens! There are not many Register Reward deals to work with so I have only included two transactions. Hopefully you have RRs left over from last week that you can use in the first transaction. This will really help with your out of pocket total for the week. This post includes specific items you can purchase and coupons that you can use to maximize your dollar AND your Register Rewards at Walgreens. The goal of this post is to help you get an idea on how to roll your RRs from one week to the next. Please also know that these transactions do not take into account tax. Every state taxes differently so you may need to budget a little extra to cover tax.
To see this week’s Walgreens Weekly Ad and Coupon Matchups, go HERE.
Transaction #1
Buy one Lypsyl Extreme Cold Sore relief .3 oz, $5 (you will receive $5 RR)
If you have RRs from last week use them here!
Total Spent: $5
Receive: $5 RR
Transaction #2
Buy one Charmin Basic 12 roll, $5.99 (you will receive $1 RR)
Buy one small filler item, $.10 (look in the Valentine section)
Minus one $0.25/1 Charmin Product, exp. 2/29/12 (P&G 01/29/12)
Minus $5 RR from Transaction #1
Total Spent: $.84
Receive: $1 RR
Total Remaining RRs to apply towards next week’s ad: $1 RR
Total Out of Pocket for 2 transactions: $5.84+ applicable taxes for approximately $11 in products. And if you use RRs from last week in Transaction #1 you will save even more!
**Also – Don’t forget that your RRs will expire in a few weeks and if you let them expire, you are basically throwing away money. If you are concerned you will let them expire, I would put your RRs towards paper products like toilet paper, paper towels, diapers, etc which are hard to get dirt cheap!

The St Joseph low dose aspirin is still on sale for 2.00, and you get a 2.00 register reward. It’s a month long deal.

I seen somewhere that starting 2/12 the cottonelle RR starts where if u buy 2 for $5 it prints $3,buy 3 it prints $4. There is also a $1 off in the walgreens coupon book and I think a Manufacture coupon also. Have u seen this?
