I am new to all this. Could you help me with some of the abbreviations? What is RP, SS, and PG stand for???
Liza says
Hi Sue! RP, SS and PG are all abbreviations for the coupon inserts we get in our Sunday newspapers. If you notice, the cover of each insert in the paper will have a title. I give the abbreviations so that you know exactly where to find each coupon needed to save! RP = Red Plum, SS = Smart Source and PG = Proctor & Gamble. And, if you notice, there is a date after the abbreviation. For example, “$1 off Huggies Diapers SS 1/17”. This means that the Huggies coupon is in January 17th’s Smart Source insert. Let me know if you have any questions or need me to explain more – I know this can be a bit confusing at first but once you get the hang of it, everything will become second nature!
