I live in Orlando and I’ve asked and they do not have RR’s available here. They use instore coupons instead (which are not nearly as good and why I don’t waste time shopping at Walgreens unless the sale is good on its own.)

Not a dumb question at all! The RRs print after you purchase the product. You are free to use them immediately, once they print. It works like a coupon on any item in the store. Walgreens policy will let you use one coupon per item, so if you have a mfg coupon to use on the item, make sure to grab something else so that you can use both. Hope that helps!

Is it something that you have to ‘register’ for? I checked their website, plugged my zip code and it said NOT AVAILABLE.
