could you get the $2 coupon for Dove haircare? I tried and it said it was not available. I was able to get the deodorant one but not for the shampoo

The Walgreens I went to would not let me use the $4 off coupon and the FREE water coupon together when purchasing Dulcolax because they are both manufacturer coupons. The register would not accept it and the manager would not override it. It was still a $4 money-maker, so I bought it anyway!
