This is a fun week at Walgreens! There are tons of FREEBIES and what’s better than free?? Moneymakers! To define moneymakers, they are basically items that you receive more RRs (Register Rewards) for than you had to spend. So, if an item costs $2.00 and you receive $2RRs when you buy it, but you use a $1.00 coupon, you will spend $1.00 and then receive $2RRs meaning you just made $1.00!! RRs are not actual money, but they are instant cash rebates that you can use at Walgreens. You can roll RRs to other transactions that will earn you more RRs or you can put RRs towards expensive items like toilet paper, paper towels, diapers, etc etc. The biggest key for you to remember with RRs: When you earn RRs from an item, if you decide to buy that item again to earn more RRs, you CAN NOT put the RRs earned from the first transaction towards the second transaction. If you use RRs earned from one product, you will need to put those RRs towards a different product. If you use the RRs on the same item in a second transaction, more RRs will not print out. Does that make sense?

Question about RR… Ran into the issue today of having more q’s than products b/c of a manufacturer/store coupon combo. Does it work the same way with the RR? I have 2 $2 RR’s… do I have to use them on two items or can I put them both towards one item?
