Walgreens has a few freebies that have me excited about shopping there this week! Below is this week’s Walgreens ad and coupon matchups. If you see any deals I’ve missed, please leave a comment on this post so that everyone can take advantage of the deals. You can email them to me but I may not have a chance to post each and every deal – so posting them here would be better!
**Also – make sure you click the link at the bottom of this post that says “Display All Matchups” so that you don’t miss out on any of the deals below!

Hi. I went into Walgreens today to take advantage of the sales. I got 1 of the Irish Spring deodorants and 1 of the irish spring body washes, and 2 M&Ms. I had a $1/1 Q for the deodorant and a $.50 Q for the body wash. I also had a $.75/2 Q for the M&Ms. This should bring my total to $4.73. I also had $4 in RR which I presented last. But the register beeped on the RR. The cashier was nice and tried several times. The mgr said the coupon value exceeded the purchase amount (which by my math shouldn’t be the case). So I picked up an extra bag of M&Ms and it went through. Weird. So my total was $1.22 plus tax. I don’t see why I needed the extra bag of candy. I had 4 items and 4 coupons originally and I don’t think the amount exceeded the RR. Did I miscalculate something? Was there something I missed? Please let me know if you have some idea what went wrong. Thanks.

@ Lisa – I discovered yesterday that you can only use one coupon per item @ Walgreens, and this includes RR coupons. So, if you have 2 items to check out, you can use 2 coupons. Also, if your total is $4.21 for example and you have a $4 RR, they won’t take it because you have to pay the tax. Yeah, Walgreens is not my favorite choice for bargains, at this point.

Wanted to mention there’s also the 1.75 or 2.00 Bayer coupons for the b1g1 1/2 off deal and the Advil 4.00 in ad coupon can be paired with the 4.00 off 2 (expiring 7/31).
