just got colgate 4oz optic white for free at cvs using 1.50 coupon and CVS coupon, with ECB it was free.
this sunday there was a coupon for $3.00 off huggies diapers and walgreens is running a special for huggies slip-on diapers for 8.99 with coupon it’s 5.99 and get $2RR makes it 3.99 wow.

This is really a message to everyone to be careful when shopping at Walgreens they are trying to charge secretly for coupons. Yesterday I went to Walgreens to buy Osteo Bi-flex that in the Ad were Buy one get one free. I had 8 manufacturer coupons for $7 off each box of Osteo Bi-flex and 8 Walgreens coupons worth $5 off each box and each box cost $19.99. I was in a hurry so I only bought 2 the first day and made a begginers mistake… I wasn’t paying close attention. This was the transaction:
1 Ostio Bi-flex: 19.99
1 Ostio Bi-flex: Free because of Walgreens special
I used 2 $7 coupons= $14 off
and 2 $5 coupons= $10 off
Total SHOULD be:
$19.99 – $24.00= -4.01 right?
But no this is what the transaction was and i didnt notice untill i was at my sons baseball practice:
$13.99 for each Ostio Bi-flex totaling $27.98-$24.00=$3.98
I was amazed when i saw this and a light when off in my head. They have been charging a bit more lately when i use coupons. I went back today and caught them in the act.

Walgreen’s does not give cash back on coupons. I’m sure what happened is that the register would not allow the 2nd $5 in-store coupon to scan. That would be 2 for $19.99 – $14 (your 2 $7 MFG coupons) = $5.99 -$5 in store coupon =$.99 You also need to realize that the tax is charged on the full cost of the items. I’m not sure what your tax rate it is….. hat would be $2.99 for tax + .99 = $3.98. I hope that helps!
If you know there’s going to be overage, then buy something that equals the value of the overage before tax, so yes you will pay taxes but you’re still getting an unbelievable deal! BTW Osteo Bi flex works unbelievably good, my dad has arthritis in both knees has now been pain free for almost 2 1/2 months!
There was a 75 cent off coupon for dawn plus making it 24 cents!
