Walgreens is back again with so more freebies! More and more of you have been emailing me about having bad couponing experiences at Walgreens. I would love to hear your thoughts. Feel free to leave a comment with your thoughts on shopping at Walgreens. Also, if you see any other deals or coupon matchups I missed, please leave a comment on this post so that everyone can take advantage of the deals. You can email them to me but I may not have a chance to post each and every deal – so posting them here would be better.
**Also – make sure you click the link at the bottom of this post that says “Display All Matchups” so that you don’t miss out on any of the deals below!

There have been times when I don’t get my RR and was told it was because I used too many/high value. To me CVS is much easier.

Yes – over the last two months Walgreens has been such a headache. Last week, my Advil, I-Cool Menapause and other coupons beeped and would nto be taken – they had to manually type in everything since there was nothing wrong with them. I know they recently converted to a new system (that’s why the registers and computer touch screen registers are so fancy now) and I think that’s what it was. Funny enough, when a Manager had to get involved with one transaction, he made a comment about the new system, and how much they hated it too! lol

I’ve shopped at walgreens alot and in the past 2 weeks I’ve been having them refuse coupons saying that they won’t manually type it in and that if the register doesn’t take it they won’t accept it. This is a HUGE problem because their crappy systems beep at everything!!! Even if it’s a cut out from an insert it beeps!! They have also given me trouble because I always print two coupons from my computer and two from my husbands….My printer is only black and white and his is color there fore they always think i copied them even when you can clearly see the different pin numbers on all of them……I think from now on I won’t be doing much shopping at walgreens. If I had a CVS I’d go there but I think i’ll stick to Dillons and Walmart from now on!

If you’re planning on getting some of the Starbucks Refreshers, your best bet would be to wait until the week of 5/13 when they’ll be $0.99 with a $0.99 RR. You would use the free coupon from last Sunday’s Pepsi insert, pay only tax and receive $0.99 RR.. a $0.99 moneymaker!!!
