The $25 on diapers to get 0.25 fuelperks, is that before or after coupons? I have winn dixie and manufacturers coupons. Thanks!
Hey Nora-Lee, I just got off the phone with Winn Dixie customer service and they have told me that as it stands currently, the policy is that you must reach the fuelperks threshold AFTER coupons have been submitted. So on this transaction, you would need to have $25 worth of product after coupons had been applied to get the $0.25 in fuelperks.
In case you were wondering, I did lodge an official complaint. 😉 Especially since I could not find the answer on their FAQ page!
The winn dixie in crawfordville, fla will not accept a B1G1 coupon on any item that is B1G1 on sale. When I called corporate to ask why they said they would not be able to account for 2 free candy bars. ( I was attempting the skinny cow candy bars that are on sale B1G1 with my B1G1 coupon and the greased lightning). I dont understand this. Am I missing something or doing something wrong? I have never had any trouble at publix or any of the drug stores with this.

Great question! If you look at their coupon policy – https://www.winndixie.com/AU/Coupon%20Policy/CouponPolicy.aspx – it’s actually a bit confusing. On the one hand, they will accept BOGO coupons. On the other hand, they will not accept coupons that permit more than one free item. The example they give for this is a B1G2 coupon, which isn’t the same as using a BOGO coupon with a BOGO sale.
If it were me, I would take the coupon policy into the store with me the next time and simply show it to them. By their own policy, they take BOGO coupons, and they do not prohibit using them on a BOGO sale.
